Night sauna session at Happy Valley is a break from everyday life - a ritual of warmth, calm, and regeneration. It's a moment for yourself without rush, noise, and stress.

How to sauna properly?

Step-by-step instructions.

1. Shower + peeling

Start by thoroughly washing your body and massaging in the natural peeling. Rinse it off with warm water, then apply the body mask.

2. Steam bath (10–15 minutes)

Steam activates the mask ingredients and opens pores, preparing the body for deeper cleansing.

3. Shower

Rinse off the mask and feel nourished, smooth skin.

4. Dry sauna (10–15 minutes)

Intense sweating supports detox and deeply relaxes muscles.

5. Outdoor pool (5–10 minutes)

Immersion in cool water hardens the body, stimulates circulation, and provides incredible refreshment.

6. Rest (10–15 minutes)

Relax on a lounger with a drink, fruits, or snacks. Your body slowly returns to balance.

7. Second dry sauna session (10–15 minutes)

Another session strengthens the cleansing effects and deepens relaxation.

8. Shower

Final skin cleansing – gentle and refreshing.

9. Last rest (10–15 minutes)

Calm down in a comfortable relaxation zone, time for body and mind regeneration.
