Our cuisine is based on organic and healthy ingredients from friendly farms, conditioned by the seasons and availability. You will be greeted here by fresh bread, our fruit and vegetable preserves, sasuages, pickles and seasonal drinks. We create our menu with exceptional care and commitment, taking care of every detail with a love for the cuisine, so that you can enjoy unique flavours and an unforgettable dining experience.

Nature cooks with us
Every day, our guests can look forward to freshly baked sourdough-based breads, locally made jams, roasts and cured meats, preserves, pickles and seasonal drinks based on our ideas and inspirations. In summer, we invite you for some iced teas and lemonades to cool down. In the winter we offer our own compotes to stimulate the body and provide essential vitamins. Our dishes are also inspired by vegetarian cuisine, so there is no shortage of such items on the menu and everyone will find something for themselves.

We work in a group of passionate cooks, lovers of food, travel and discovery. We are not afraid of unobvious combinations and following the path we have set, which is reflected in the very distinct flavours and aromas composed on our plates.

We care about ecology on many levels, which is why on our tables lie certified napkins devoid of harmful chemicals, and water in reusable bottles comes from a local intake. You won't find plastic cups at our place and we have biodegradable tubes. We make many of our products locally. That way we know what ingredients are used, we can create proprietary flavours and we reduce waste.''
