In the resort, the concierge's task is to plan the Guest's calendar, organize sightseeing, meetings, and provide advice about the hotel facility they represent. This is a person you can trust; every recommendation they make is verified and certain, as the safety and comfort of the Guest is their priority.

The responsibilities of the concierge also include:

  • informing about the hotel and its services,
  • booking airline tickets, changing reservations,
  • arranging Guest transport, transfers,
  • car and bike rentals,
  • cultural information,
  • making restaurant reservations.

The range of concierge responsibilities is limited only by moral, legal standards and human capabilities... ;)
