The spa service voucher can be redeemed for a friend's spa day service for 2 people at the Happy Valley Resort spa. The voucher is not valid for the purchase of retail cosmetics.

The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase excluding holidays and long weekends. The voucher is sent electronically. It cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of cancellation or non-use of the voucher within its validity period - it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other hotel services.
