The monetary SPA voucher can be redeemed for any SPA treatment services at Happy Valley Resort. It does not apply to the purchase of retail cosmetics.

The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, excluding holidays and long weekends. The voucher is sent electronically. It is not exchangeable for cash. In case of cancellation or non-use of the voucher (including its full value) during its validity period - it is neither refundable nor exchangeable for other hotel services.
