The spa service voucher can be redeemed for a spa day service with a cosmetologist at the Happy Valley Resort spa. The voucher is not valid for the purchase of retail cosmetics.
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase excluding holidays and long weekends. The voucher is sent electronically. It cannot be exchanged for cash. If the voucher is cancelled or not used within its validity period - it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other hotel services.
