The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase excluding holidays and long weekends. The voucher is sent electronically. It cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of cancellation or failure to use the voucher (including the full amount) within its validity period, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other hotel services.
